Live Sound Engineer // Monitors // RF Tech
Passionate and German. A highly efficient combination !
Hi. I’m Dani. All about audio and travel.
I am a monitor engineer / RF tech and occasionally FOH with more than 10 years of experience touring all around the world. I started out in broadcasting and ran off with the circus that is Rock’n’Roll 4 years later. I was drawn to the monitor end of the multicore from the start and it is what I have enjoyed the most ever since. I am educating myself regularly in RF and mixing console technology as well as psychoacoustics.
I suffer from severe Wanderlust! I love to explore new places and cultures and try to do so while on tour. I have to admit though that my travel bucks list keeps getting longer instead of shorter as touring has shown me more destinations I want to explore.

I started as monitor/RF tech on UB40's 40 year anniversary arena tour in March 2019 and stood in as monitor engineer towards the end of the run.
They asked me back to join them on their US Tour in Sept 2019 as ME / RF tech. Their monitoring system consists of a Yamaha CL5 and 15x Sennheiser G3 IEMs.
I was invited to take over monitors for Opeth in 2016 and continued to tour with them until January 2020. We did two album cycles touring in Europe, USA, South America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
It was desk de jour on festivals but production for tours consisting of Opeth's own IEM rack and a Digico SD9.
